What TV Card

I’m looking for advice, my son has asked for a TV card (external, USB) for a lap top Running XP Pro. As I understand this allows you to watch TV on your lap top and to record the programs. Any suggestions on what is the best will be gratefully received.

Agree with Stuartli, but the twinhan doesn't seem to have its own aerial, whereas the Freecom does.

I also have the Freecom one - watching it now! However you might need to replace the supplied aerial with a small indoor one.
