I am looking to purchase a laptop which can be a desktop replacement for around a grand. i was wondering if anyone knows any good deals and if its worth an extra £200 for a tiny powerlite g930, which has xp media center edition. This would save me on a tv for my room but is it worth it? heres a link to the tech specs. any good? or can i get better for the price?

Try click here if you live in the region in which they are selling this week. They will however cover all regions in time. I have a Targa desktop - very good machine

Have you had a look at the reputation of Tiny.com on these pages? It will be worth a look.

Remember too that delivery and system restore disks are extra and will have to be budgeted for. (Well, delivery anyway - the restore disks are an optional extra.)
