Due to an earlier thread, I needed to phone Microsoft customer service to get some information on upgrade software.

Less than 2 minuets to get to speak to a real person, I think that is impressive for a large company.

Not many can boast such a quick time

Ordered one of the new SP2 cd's. Got it in less than a week. Very happy with delivery process.So another 'well done Microsoft'.
