A well done for Logitech and PC World

I bought a diNova Edge Keyboard back in February from PC World. It developed a faulty shift key today.

Phoned Logitech they gave me a reference number and told me to go for an exchange as they don't repair products. No problem in and out of PC World in 10 minutes.

Nice to get such good service and this has to be the best keyboard on the market.

it's the best I've ever used, and the best-looking by far. Mind you, it should be, at that price.

It's good to hear that PC World met their obligation so readily.

I hope that you have kept the receipt in case the new unit goes wrong!. Joking apart, I find PCW are very obliging if you go about it the right way. So top marks for both companies.
