I have always managed to download free pdfs for new things I buy straight from the manufacturers' sites no problems without the need for a directory site like the above.

It's much easier to have a folders full of pdf manuals than have hundreds of booklets stored in a cupboard.

(don't worry FE one of the pdfs in my collection is the forum rules ;) )

I came across that site about 4 years ago, when looking for a carburettor manual, for my cousin who was visating from USA...

To cut a long story short, we ended up visiting the bloke, (who lives somewhere in Northampton), buying several manuals from him, and selling many of my old car ones to him.

He seemed a very decent bloke.
