Visited W.E. 16/6/05 for advise on purchase new PC for video editing.Although their web site gives availability 3 to 6 days their sales stated 5 to 7. After two weeks repeated phone calls for delivery updates. No answer.Sent email 04/07/05 stating unless I could collect by 7th order to be cancelled.
Order delivered 0720 11th. Various problems reported am 12th still waiting for answers.
Must have spent over 4 hours trying to contact personnel at W.E
How do companies like this stay in business.

I ordered a Laptop from them and missed the delivery, it was returned to Watford Electronics, I have phones cutomer services and never get a reply, E Mailed them as the message keeps repeating IS THEIR PREFERRED METHOD OF CONTACT, and still no reply. Sales answer the phone almost immediately but cannot help once they have taken the order.
I am cancelling the order as I cannot contact them to arrange for its delivery, and with service like this they dont deserve the business and what if I have further problems and cant contact them. Have had to contact my Credit Card legal dept to cancel payment.
