I bought a DVD-RW drive from this organisation which turned out to be faulty.Twenty days ago I requestered a returns no. which took five days to arrive and I returned the drive the same day. As yet there is no sign of a replacment. Is this normal for this type of mail order firm or are there better ones?
I've ordered some items from Savastore and experience was good, but never had to send anything back. Had to send back two items to dabs.com recently & despite a few unclear e-mails, returning goods was straightforward (the first item was dead on arrival, the other damaged). Once you have an RMA number you arrange a date for their courier to collect - I had both refunds in a week or so.
