system awkward?

I configured a nice system for Xmas inc double RAM upgrade to 2048mb, anthlon x2 4400 and a 256mb 8600GT delivered for £372.

I almost bought twice when I realised I hadn't changed from Vista Basic to Premium. ( oops ) and tried to back track...

Continue to check out and once there to confirm the purchase click the 'edit' option for the operating system...

There wasn't one at the time. I'd got to the bit where I hit submit order, the final bit. ooops

I clicked the show basket link at very top and removed the first machine and then re done the order from scratch to include Vista Premium.

I have to do this nearly every day as we resell Dell systems.

I have a premier login (nice discounts) and it's a nightmare configuring servers.

I sell a lot of the MD1000 storage boxes, they hold 15 drives and occasionally it's impossible to fit 15 matching drives, so then I have to contact my dell account manager by email and wait 48 hours for a reply. In the meantime my customer has gone and bought an IBM or HP server instead.
