Warrenty Problems!

I have returned a Asus P5E motherboard to Overclockers due to a fault, they have confirmed the fault but have told me i will have to wait up to 28 for there supplier to replace the item, this is on top of the 10 days already gone. I have asked for a different board but they have refused and i am unable to see anything listed in there terms and conditions regarding this. Where do i stand? I did pay by credit card, should i start there!

Frustrating, but I suspect that up to 28 days will pass before you get a new motherboard even if you go down any other route to try and force the issue.
