Did you forward the email to PayPal's spoof checking address([email protected])to ensure that it wasn't a phishing email? I have had several emails thanking me for the payment I have made (which I hadn't) from several companines, but I forwarded the emails to the the spoof email address and all of them were found to be phising emails.
Have checked and the transaction has been "completed". I have heard back from PayPal saying that my account has been suspended pending enquiries. I ahve changed passwords again and also the security questions.
