The Tech Guys service?

  Grocc 17:42 15 Jan 2007

I have bought from them once - and mentioned them elsewhere in the forum - and was wondering if my good experience has been shared with anyone else?

Helpful and the delivery time was good.

As I understand it they are separate from PC World although operate under the DSG their services are a quite different operation - I was told as much when I asked about this on the phone.

.... The TechGuys are owned by DSGi and operate separately from PC World. The TechGuys are the service side of the business and they will install or fix just about any IT product whether you are a business or regular consumer. If an IT product purchased from a DSGi store is repaired under warranty, chances are it will be The TechGuys that fix it (barring instances when manufacturers repair the item). They also sell a range of services from upgrades, data back-up, and much more. If you guys have any questions at all about them, I'll find the answer for you.

Notice similarity of website to PC World Support! They are all the same people I presume.

I have used PC World support and they were okay.
