Targus Customer Support

Targus must be complemented for their wonderful customer support. I updated my iPaq to discover that my Targus foldable keyboard requires an adapter to work on my new iPAQ. I emailed Targus inquiring about the adapter. They directed me to a website in the USA on which I can buy the adapter online. All my efforts failed because my credit card is issued outside the USA. I wrote back to Targus informing them of my problem. I was delighted to receive from them an email informing me that they mailed me the adapter free for charge. I received the adapter with a CD of the latest driver. This is wonderful customer support that needs to be complemented and encouraged.

Very nice to hear of good customer support. Makes one have more confidence about buying the co's products.
