Grrrrrr!!!

Sorry, need to vent some anger!

Rang T-Mobile Tuesday to order a new phone.

"That's all gone through Sir, can you take delivery of the phone on Thursday?" She asks.

"Um, yes, that should be fine" I reply

I ring my father and ask him if he would mind house sitting to take delivery of the phone whilst I'm at work as I need the new phone by the weekend. Being the nice man he is, he obliges

I get home this evening and nothing, no delivery, or attempted delivery. I ring T-Mobile and their systems are down, "please ring back at 6" they say. Just rang back and I am told by the tracking department:

"Sir, your phone is out of stock, so we are waiting to get some in"

"You what?" I chuckle "I was asked if I could take delivery of it today, I've had my father here all day waiting for it?

"Sorry Sir, I don't know why she said that, would you like to order a different phone instead"?

"No I don't want a different phone, it took me weeks to pick that one!"

"Ok Sir, well your phone should be with you by Tuesday, but if it doesn't arrive, ring us and we'll find out whats happened to it!"

And that was that! I'm so angry and my poor father has had a wasted day because of it!

i gave up on t mobile a while back for poor customer service.

have been with them for donkey's years and never had a problem.

When I dropped my first phone they had a replacement, to me, within 48 hours.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
