just a quick note to let anyone planning to sign up for a phone on the T-mobile network: They have now withdrawn their 14 day money back guarantee, so be sure T-mobile has coverage everywhere you go etc, you will now no longer be able to return your phone within 14 days. the official line is we (as mobile phone retailers) are to remind you (the customer) that T-mobile has 98.4% uk population coverage and though it may not work, at home for example, it will work elsewhere. there is talk on the grapevine all networks will be stopping their customer satisfaction policies, but let me stress that is just a rumour! but as a rule of thumb, what one does, the others will follow sooner or later.
