I found that I had no ADSL connection tonight so I rang my ISP Zen, I got through SRAIGHT away to somebody who spoke clear and perfect English,who was n't reading from a script,they checked my connection status and diagnosed the problem immeadiately as a BT line fault (BT working in my exchange) and told me BT s predicted up time. Line came back,giving usual 6mbs speed on 8mbs connection. That's what I call customer service,from VERY pleasant people.
WELL DONE ZEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta love ZEN - they're based around the corner from my work, and we have a lovely fast microwave link.

Not often people from Rochdale get praised for their "clear and perfect English" though.

I'd use them at home if O2 weren't just as good and around 1/3 of the price.

I was with Zen for 4 years and agree they were excellent. Reliable service, no billing issues and as you say their customer service is second to none

However like alan14 I left as o2 gave me 3 times the speed for just over half the cost and so far their service has been almost as good
