My friend is thinking of moving to them because it is cheap but I say he should pay the extra and go on a widely reccognised provider such as Pipex.

Anyone had any bad experiences with them (SupaNet)?

I cannot comment on Supanet, but am fully satisfied with the Pipex Solo 512kbps service over this past 21 months, (the time I have been with them). Cost £19.99,+ vat/month

Speeds good, and almost no down-time at all; a few hours at most over the entire period.

Perhaps there are some Supanet users out there with experience of their service.

I am on Pipex and I suggested he move to them. They offer a fantastic service.

I was wanting specific information on Supanet.

Ask your friend to question their neighbours about BB. This is the best way of checking the quality in the area.

I installed a broadband modem for a friend on supanet recently, installed ok and she says she has no problems with it
