Last Sept. I puchased a Sony Vio laptop. It has gone wrong with the same fault (Unable to Recognise Operating System) five times and each time it has been returned to their technical dept they have replaced the hard drive. I still doesn't work and I am waiting for it to be collected once again. I have lost all faith in the machine. The technical guys say that all you can do is fax their Customer Services Dept and outline your complaint. I faxed them ten days ago and again five days ago and to date have not had the courtesy of any kind of response. I just don't know where to go to get the problem sorted. All I can say is beware of Sony. Anyone else had similar experience?
