slow lenovo protection service

I applied for lenovo protection service that convers damage to my T61. I was informed that the average repair time is 4-5 working days so thats why i chose it instead of an independent insurance company. My lcd was accidentatly damaged so i sent it back. Irritatingly its 2 months now and i still dont have my machine back. When i call them they just say that the parts havent arrived yet and that they have an independent courier and that they have no idea when the parts will arrive. My only options now are 1) Continue on waiting or 2) Have my machine sent back unrepaired.

I really want my machine back this century as it is costing me a lot of money not to have it. I find it unfair that they are taking their sweet time in repairing it simply because i paid for the service in advance. Any ideas on how to resolve this matter?
