I'm slowly building my own system. I have a K8sli-esata2 mobo from ASRock and an athlon 64 3400. The next thing I am going to buy is my psu. I was wondering, as I am intending for this to become an sli system, what are the particular considerations I should make when buying?

Any SLI-compliant PSU with a GOOD brand name like Tagan, Akasa, Seasonic, Thermaltake, etc., would do.

Before buying, check out the particular PSU review (using click here to search) & group tests, like this one click here.

All the best with final choice & the new build : )) G

I think the main thing I was worried about was whether I'd need two six-pin pci-e connectors. But from what I can tell, only the very best of graphics cards require these connectors so I'll just go for a high quality 450w model.
