Seagate and service

I have a Seaagte 1tb ext hard drive. Somehow I have lost the power lead.I mailed Seagate yesterday, and a new one(free of charge) is on its way to me already.GREAT custeomer service.Makes a refreshing change to not have to haggle and argue about a issue.

It goes to prove that some companies can provide a first class customer service,and deserve recommendations, when others appear to spend more money and time in upsetting their client base.

Just doesn't make sense!.

I have had equally good service from Logitech in response to a failed mouse receiver.
