The SCO Group filed lawsuits this week against AutoZone and DaimlerChrysler, but an "invisible electronic ink" tracking feature in a Microsoft Word document reveals that it originally intended to sue Bank of America. Meanwhile, the circus outside the courtroom takes on a new dimension as SCO uses new Linux licensee Computer Associates as validation, while CA claims its "settlement" with an SCO investor is being taken way out of context.

They failed because their action against everyone and anyone is completely untrue. They are a struggling company that is struggling furter and further into administration. Just give it up SCO and disapear into the night. It is rumoured that a large redmond based software company was funding the disaster that is SCO. I bet you cannot guess who !

I did read that M$oft & BG have been accused of Funding SCO through some (Indirect) Dubious Accounting Methods!
