returning to currys

hi anyone know if its possable to return a faulty item to another branch than one bought from
And can you also go to dixons insted

I thought Dixons weren't on the high street anymore. Phone up and ask or go and see!

Another branch shouldn`t be a problem. Dixons may be the same group (DSG) but they are a completely separate entity as far as a "Returns Policy" goes.

I bought an iPod nano from Currys Digital and exchanged it at a different Currys store in without any problems.

Remember to take the purchase receipt, and perhaps expect a blank look from some assistants :O)

Dixons are now Currys.digital, so the EPOS systems are the same, and have access to the same central database. You can always take things back to a different store with DSG as long as the stores are the same (ie can't take a washing machine back to PC World).
