Reccomendations on buying a laptop for under £900

My parents who are approaching 70 are looking to buy a laptop PC for under £900. They don't really understand the workings of PC's but will mainly use it for the usual email and Word processing.
Here are the broadest of specs:-
Prosessor - Greater than 1.5ghz and would prefer a "mobile" one.
RAM - min of 256.
Hard Disk - minimum of 20GB
Would prefer not to have on board graphics and sound.
DVD/CDRW combo drive, floppy drive. TV out facility would be nice.
At PC World they have this:- click here
The Packard Bell IGO6203 looks pretty good.
I have also checked Time Computers but there is something inside of me that says no. The deals they have are almost mouth watering but ............like a BA advert a number of years ago - I have reservations.
Any help on the laptop or my lame attempts at humour much appreciated.

my local safeway (scotland) had a laptop for £599. Cant remember the spec but it coverd everything you are looking for.It was about a month ago so maybe they might have some left.
Also try lidl foodstor they have offers on laptops for £999. the spec is uually good with loads of extras.the maufactuer is a german company can't remeber the company i'm sure someone on the forums can tell you.

I would'ent think of buying from time/tiny.
pc world/dixons or comet. you will get bet specs service online.
hope this helps
