There have been a few posts knocking their after sales so I thought I would describe my experience.

My hard drive died suddenly last week so I rang customer support. The phone was answered in 4 rings and they guy was polite and helpful. I described the symptoms and he immediately knew what the fault was (in saying that it was pretty obvious) and arranged for the on-site engineer to call me.

The engineer was in touch 2 days later and said he could call the following day. he confirmed the hard drive was totally shot and replaced it. He made sure the system was up and running again.

All in all it was a painless experience handled very professionally.

You are happy cos you have patience :-)

Many others would bemoan the fact that there was a delay of two days for the engineer call.

All the best with it for now.
