We bought an item from the Co-op electric shop online in July. It had a minor fault which recently got a lot worse. I emailed their Customer Service one evening and had a phone call before 10am. the next morning. A replacement was sent the following day but as it had the same problem we never used it and I phoned them in the evenng. I was asked if we wanted another manufacturer. I had already chosen another from the site so the stock was checked and the process started to credit the card (without asking) as it was a few pound cheaper.I was too late for the next day delivery which was a Friday so had to wait till after the weekend but this was all done within a week so I think that their service was first class.
