P&P Refundable.....

See click here

It looks like i'm going to have to return the hard drive after all - i'll know in the morning when the extended test is complete. What is the norm regarding P&P? The disk originally came as part of a biger order and the P&P came to £8.50 (Amtrak Next Day), a replacement drive will cost £5.11 P&P (1st Class Post) and i have to pay to return the original drive.

So am i entitled to a refund on any P&P?

If the HD proves to be faulty then you should suffer no loss and would be entitled to a refund, however the supplier will want to test the HD to confirm your findings before making any refunds
