I tried to send this message to Microsoft on their security page but twice received an 'e-mail not deliverable' message back.
Are they really interested??

To be truthful anyone getting fooled by these sort of scams deserves to lose their money. I have never won a lottery that I have not entered. These are so common it is not worth forwarding them.

1. they aren't interested
2. if you reply to lottery email, they will know that the email address is a live one and send some more'/ pass it on to others who will send you more.
3. Consider opening a hotmail email and after looking at the source of the 'lottery' email, send them a load of big files like pdf's that add up to the 10mb hotmail limit and clog up their inbox. Nasty but satisfactory although others may disagree. In OE use Message>block sender.
4. I have had about 3 or 4 of these recently from different addresses - all blocked and they don't repeat

"Nasty but satisfactory although others may disagree."

Of course they will. If everyone did that their ISPs' wouldn't be happy.

Just delete them.
