Got mine 2 weeks ago - no problem with ordering process, worked fine out of the box.

Only thing I've found is that it is sometimes noisier than I expected (especially as I upgraded cpu), fan seems to kick in every so often. However this is my first really powerful machine so not sure if it's par for the course.

I contacted them and I need to call them back so they can talk me through identifying whether ther's a problem. May be normal - time will tell.

I spent a long time looking and found their site about the most user friendly for custom PC speccing; it has a better testamonials page than any other PC site I've seen. Prices include VAT & delivery.

It's also about the cheapest; for example, same spec at Evesham would have been easily over £250 more - yes they've got a better name, but that's not worth £250 to everyone. I couldn't use Novatech as none of the builds had what I wanted and you can't customise them.

So far so good - but if their testamonials page doesn't convince you, nothing will - you could always try e-mailing some of the people from the testamonials page:

Have had mine almost 4 weeks now and no problems to report.

Online ordering was easy and allows you to build to your exact requirements. Delivered 2 weeks after placing order and even received a text confirming that it had been dispatched.

Build quality is good and components - memory, drives etc are well known brands.Came supplied with driver disks and manuals for motherboard and power supply.

I didn't buy a monitor so don't know what they will supply.

The warranty is basic RTB but I think you can upgrade for additional cost.

In summary, well built machine at very competitive price.

Got mine before christmas and have had no problems at all. It arrived 2 days earlier than i was expecting which was a nice surprise when i got home that nite, as a friend had been round the house and had set it up, i was just waiting for me to have fun.

pcoption click here are also very good and i would recommend them as well.

Yes it's a 2x3800 machine

My last PC had a sub 1.0 Ghz processor, so quite a difference to what I'm used to.
