Having a bit of trouble with this company now.

I bought a Media Centre Edition PC from them in September and when it arrived it would not turn on?, however I rang them and they talked me through resetting the CMOS etc which got th PC turning on. However this appeared to make other aspects of the system fail to work and they recommended reinstalling the operating system, drivers etc... I now have a problem in that it apparently needs a DVD decoder but they didn't send me the disk with that on, despite the ad listing it as part of the bundled software (PowerDVD).

I spoke to them on the phone but was told they don't provide this as they just install it from an image disk which they can't copy. I'm now left with a PC that doesn't work properly as it doesn't have a DVD decoder and they do not return my calls or e-mails.

Anyone any ideas what I can do?

Now sorted, they kindly sent me the bundled software and my PC is now up and running as designed.
