After reading the thread on golden electronics I was considering other computer companies when I came across pcoption.co.uk They seem to have equal prices and I am just wondering if any one would like to share their experiences they had when buying from the website.
I am looking for the best computer I can get for about £300.

Know a couple of people who have used them over the last year or so, and nothing but good feedback so far.

They are very good in my opinion and have excellent customer support if you have a problem.

I bought one of them a couple of months ago and it is working well so far.

Ordered computer. Received it with faulty CD-RW drive and had a 3200+ processor instead of a 3500+ processor so I am now struggling to get a refund on the processor and replacement drive as they do not answer my e-mails.

Any advice?

I would just like to retract the comment I made previously.
I don't buy off the Internet often and I guess I panicked when I did not hear from them. I should have given them more time and appreciated how busy they are. I have since spoke to pcoption and they were very reassuring and the issue is being resolved. I would recommend pcoption to anyone considering purchasing a computer in the near future.
