Glad to hear that you got good service. I am sure that most people do, it's just that they don't tell. Only the ones that get bad service complain. Human nature I suppose. I frequently order things on the internet and they are often delivered the next day. I usualy send an e-mail to say thank you and once received a reply 'thanks for the thanks'. We expect good service but that doesn't mean we shouldn't say thank you when we receive it.
