PC Specialist / Right to refund?

I ordered a PC from PC Specialist on September 20th. On their online order tracking screen there is a note on my account saying 'This order must go out in 2 days' which had me a little worried as it would imply they are rushing the order and not testing it properly. The PC arrived on October 20th, and worked fine for the first couple of weeks. It then started to crash until eventually it stopped booting altogether so I RMA'd it on November 17th.
As I live alone and work full time I arranged to have the PC be picked up from my flat (on one of my days off) and then delivered to my parents when it was fixed. Unfortunately PC specialist have their definitions of 'Collection address' and 'Delivery address' mixed up and they sent DHL to my parents to collect the PC. I ended up taking another day off work and arranging another collection. On the day of the 2nd collection I phoned DHL up, and sure enough they had a collection booked from my parents address again. I sorted this out with DHL over the phone and had my PC collected from my flat.
It has taken about 4 weeks to get my pc fixed and it has been sent back to me today for delivery tomorrow (December 19th). Unfortunately they have sent it to my flat and not my parents house. I've emailed them to try and get them to fix their mess but I'm not holding my breath...
Firstly, I'd like to advise anyone thinking of buying a PC from them to go elsewhere.
Secondly, what are my rights to a refund now? As I won't be in for the delivery can I tell DHL to return the pc to the sender and ask PC specialist for a refund? They have made far too many mistakes and I'd just like the whole affair to be over with and get a PC from somewhere else

Thanks in advance

You wouldn’t be entitled to a refund if they return the item and it is fixed. You may be able to persuade them to give you some compensation for the problems you’ve had, or you may even get a refund as a gesture of goodwill but they wouldn’t be obliged to do this.
