Well if it's mean't to replace MS paint then it's one hell of an application to be its replacment.

I'm not a Photshopist but layers and clone tools etc..nice.

Is it as good as Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photo Shop, Im about to buy Paint Shop Pro but if I can get something as good for free, I will.

I hate Paint so if its just another version of that I wont be getting it. I need to be able to work with layers.

No. its not as good as the two you mention, but then its not bad either, considering its free.

Does require .net framework, and I seem to attract problems with this.
