I dont like the phone its unrealable it fails to send messages, the 3g network fails to download, it freezes and is slow. I am happy to keep the contract but wnat a diffrnt phone. What are ,my options? Thanks

Contact your phone provider

Apparently the phone is 'not fit for the purpose', so that gives you the advantage of a swap.

I know they are having problems with their 3g network at the moment.
Maybe have a look through this and see if you can get any information.
I would imagine that there would be at least 7 day return clause with a new mobile but not sure.
I am sure that they will not want to loose your custom so best bet would be to phone them.

Not the greatest review for a phone.
I always used this site when buying a new one.

Must have been the same Samsung as I had.
Had to charge it nearly every day.
Just read about the battery life on it and it was pretty poor.
Apart from that it was quite a good phone.
