Anyone have any idea if/where it is possible to obtain manuals for ONN electricals. I think they are an Asda sub brand (Like Proline at Comet), but they don't seem to have a website and can't find anything on Google or Asda sites. I'm looking for manual for a rather strange electronic microwave for a friend, which is a bit complicated to say the least. They were given it, and it came with no manual.

Apparently ONN/Durabrand products from Asda are often Vestel clones (rebadged) products, along with some examples from Digihome and Wharfedale.

This doesn't necessarily mean that your microwave comes from Vestel, but if you can find another marque's similar product you could obtain support from the website.

Also check Asda's customer service for the supply of a manual.

Just to clarify that these are also often rebadged Vestel products.

Thanks, but no joy with those sites, I'll give Asda CS a try, they may be able to point me in right direction, if nothing else.

These people may be able to help.

I think Maurice Small still runs the company.
He appears to have moved to Hornsea near Hull.

Thanks Arnie, I can't see any ONN manuals in their directory, but I might drop them a line and maybe add it to the wanted list.

You may have noticed on Mauritron's site there is a wanted list. (Bottom of the A to Z manuals list.)

If you do ring in with your requirement they may add it to this list. Anything is worth a try.

I did mention I would add it to their wanted list, though.
Thanks again
