Scan are okay, especially their daily special offers, but their delivery costs can be high on single small items.

You could try Ebuyer click here who have an high customer base, with good recommendations.

Ordered last night, dispatched lunchtime today, expecting it tomorrow.

Never let me down in the past. This PC was built as the result of a £1,000+ order from them and nothing went wrong.

click here for a more specialised angle.

The two most highly reputed around in their respective fields.

Both of Gandalf's links are good general retailers.

I sometimes still use Ebuyer and Dabs, but both have a bit of a habit of mucking people about if something goes pear-shaped.

I've been using Scan for at least eight or nine years - top notch delivery service but, like any other online retailer, you just might have problems if goods have to be returned because they are faulty or any other reason.

It's the same with Dabs etc, a firm I've dealt with since 1988 when it was based in Leyland

On the odd occasion it's been worth me visiting Scan personally to exchange goods - it's at the rear of Bolton Wanderer's Reebok Stadium.
