an online purchase goes wrong...

OK, so if I have ordered something online and have paid for it up front by credit card and Company have not met their 14 working day delivery promise and won't reply to email what do I do next?
Order value is £350 + vat.
I would add that after countless online purchases over many years this is the first problem I've had.

Check that payment has been taken from your credit card and contact the credit card company to request that they refund you as you haven't received the goods?
