Don't know if this has been discussed but I had to answer a question today. "What is the minimum speed I have to put up with"

Answer > 28.8kbit/s for narrowband dial-up Internet access. This is the *new* guideline which set out a new benchmark connection speed.

I did post at the time, but it's good to have a reminder. Those that are lumbered with DACS can now demand it's removal, which they couldn't before.
