My Braun Electric toothbrush has deceded to become an ex toothbrush. I e-mailed Braun to ask if it would be repairable and within 10 minutes thay had replied asking me to return the brush to a service agent. No inspection charge, whatever the outcome; if on opening it up it is found to be less than 2 years old (which it is but I can't find my original receipt)it will be repaired or replaced FOC.
I am happy with that response.

That is good. You cannot be any fairer than that. Do you think that some companies are starting to think about the customer and how the lack of them will help close them down. lol
