Recently i had an issue with Norton 360.I had a chat with a person at Symantec to try and resolve the issue of my antivirus shutting down.The issue wasent resolved as it took longer than thought,as i had to leave for work.Next day i received a phone call from them to ask if everything was ok.It turned out to be a Windows problem,and was sorted after a reinstall.Its nice to know that i have got that good level of service if things go wrong.

norton live chat support is hit and miss mostly i find it good but if you get a hopeless one, just log off and try again thats what i have in the past
