this is a new service that only started three months ago. There are a few teathing problems with this service and the 4 parties that work with sky to produce the Broadband (including the delivery service) in a few months time this service will be straigneted out. There is also only about 15% of customers that recived any problems at all. there is one very popular British service working with sky that is currently understaffed and they are behind on thier side of the workload. this will get better and things are being improved all the time so dont panick. also dial up from anyone but NTL(as its cable) will work and not interfear with the provisioing of the BB line.
