NEC Good Service

My NEC 90GX2 after nearly 15 months developed what looked like a watermark on one side of the screen. This mark was really only noticeable with a grey background but got worse the longer the monitor was on. I rang NEC and explained the problem and they agreed to swop it. Within a few days another monitor had arrived (in fact an upgrade to a 90GX2 Pro). All I had to do was pack up the old one and return it in the packaging. All courier fees paid both ways by NEC. The only snag I had was being in for the courier and in fact I collected the monitor from the courier depot and took it back there.
NEC rang to confirm everything was ok.
