Music Download - Pre Paid

  Noldi 20:15 19 Jul 2006

I would like to set up an account to download music,
Basicaly I would say limit 10 pound a month pre paid in advance like a pre pay phone. I dont rearly want to set a ccount up on my credit card and find my kids give me a nasty suprise in my Credit card bill. I have looked on a lot of the nomal site i-Tunes etc but they dont seem to offer this option. Has anybody come across this anywhere I would be very greatfull for any information.

PCW had a feature on music download sites ages ago which rated a US-based site that uses pre-paid vouchers. If I can find it, I'll let you know, but it might be a day or two.

iTunes pre paid vouchers are available from retailers in £10, £15 and £25 values.

I know that PCW sell them, i guess others do too

I did look at i-Tunes and did not see that Dizzy_Bob / wolfie3000 must get new glasses. I will look again I did wonder how the Tesco Club card system worked if that has a system where you can put £10 on it every month.

I don't know about "pre-paid". I use Tesco Music Download on a PAYG basis. Saves paying a monthly fee and then finding I didn't download anything for that period.

They don't have every music track but I have only had one occasion where the track I wanted wasn't available.
