When is a "Money Back Guarantee" not a "Money Back Guarantee" ?
When it's DriverMagic,a product sold by the SymplisIT Corporation. It may only be $25usd but it's the principal. After a week of send mail and having no reply. It speaks volumes of what the company and products are like. So be warned!!!

If you are getting no response from the company, then contact your credit card company, who may offer advice and/or help.

Contacted Paypal....What a waste of time....They will not start a claim because their "remit" does not cover it.

But if the transaction was via PayPal with a credit card, then PayPal suggests in their terms and conditions that the buyer/seller contact the credit card company to perhaps resolve any issues!.

Payment was made with funds drawn from my account...So Paypal, as usual, are "free and clear"!!
