mesh delivery debacle

Ordered a mesh pegasus 3710 notebook on the 23/5/06(excellent review on pc advisor)and was given an estimated delivery date of 7/6/06,fast forward to 3/7/06 and still no new notebook.

No one from mesh had the courtesy to inform me by e-mail or phone that there would be a delay and I have been calling mesh for the past two weeks to see if there is going to be a definite ending to this.

The responses have ranged from "waiting for parts","that has been sent out","it will be dispatched tommorrow" and my final call on wednesday was met with "it will be dispatched on saturday for you".No hint of any type of apology for the delay in any of these calls.

I have finally ran out of patience and will be calling tommorow for a refund.

Overall,a very poor online shopping experience which I hope to never repeat,not helped by mesh's allmost cavalier attitude to customer service or satisfaction.
