When I changed my line from BT to Tiscali, they for some reason gave me a separate account number from my Broad band account. I have tried several times to get the accounts merged so that i can take advantage of their £19.99 package with free line rental, but to no avail. Tiscali now tell me that they cannot merge the accounts. I have to cancel my voice line and then upgrade my broadband package to include free line rental. has anyone else had this problem?
