Has anybody got any advice on this site "McAfee Site Advisor" Is it worth using? I have just got a mail giving access to it, but am wondering if it clashes with other anti everything sites. ..Bingalau..

I have been using it for ages. Seems to work very well, without confliction problems with other programmes. The only slight, and it is slight, annoyance is the warning pop-ups, but then that proves that it may be doing its job properly.

spuds. Many thanks, I think I will give it a whirl... I suppose I can always remove it if necessary. ..Bingalau..

Bingalau- Just an after thought. If you are using different browsers, then you will need to install the program individually.I know it works with Internet Explorer and Firefox, never tried it on Opera.

It simply tells you what you possibly knew -
"this site is dodgy" and it re-directs you to the McAfee site; handy if you have kids .You can alter the settingws and switch it off.

I did'nt bother to install it myself ,which came with the McAfee 2007 software suite.
