Looking for a monitor at a good price!

  King Diamond 23:35 27 Apr 2003

Not second hand or ex display ect, needs to be new so I have a full warranty.

Looking for 19" .26 dot pitch or better and a refresh of 85Hz or higher.

Anything for around £250 or less would be ideal.

A monitor with a Diamontron tube is your best bet...

Mitsubishi Diamond Plus 93SB - CRT
19 inch, 0.25 dot pitch, Diamondtron-NF Superbright, 1600 x 1200 @ 75Hz Max. res., 3 Year on site swap out warranty - £173.80 exc (£204.21 inc. VAT)

I have the 17" model Mitsubishi - the picture quality is fantastic, though if you read 19" CRT Monitor reviews the Iiyama Vision Master Pro 455 + Iiyama Vision Master Pro 454 get an overall better right up, but they are pricier.

If you can stretch to £285.64 (inc. VAT) for the Iiyama Vision Master Pro 455 you wont regret it.

Hope this helps,

Cheers lads...nice one.

I'm a heavy gamer and really pay attention to detail, so I need the best I can get for around £250.

I noticed one there Rev.Bem, with a .26 75Hz, looks good. The guy gave it a bad right-up though.
