Lexmark Good Service

There are sadly always reasons to complain about poor levels of service just thought I'd redress the balance a little.

I recently had to ring Lexmark about my X9350 printer suffering from constant paper jams.

The phone call was a little frustrating I was asked to go through what was obviously a script the support worker was following, but in the end they said they would send out a new printer and to just dispose of the one I had.

I made this call around 11.00 am the new printer arrived at 1.PM the following day.

I thought this was pretty good!

I have a Lexmark X5150 printer which is a superb machine, but I wish the original cartridges were cheaper to buy.

Only ever had to contact them once via email support, and on that occasion they replied fairly quick. Didn't give me a new printer though ;o)
