Laptop with XP

Hi Folks, my aunty wants a new Laptop but I thought I had nothing better to do than order from Dell so we could get XP. Seems liek they only do XP on higher end machines.

Any one know who still does XP Media Edition or Pro on a £400 Laptop?

You could do worse than have a look at Novatech click here. As a company they are often recommended on these forums. Mrs GroupFC recently bought this click here (admittedly only with XP home) and it does work out over your budget, but they do have cheaper machines.

Another couple to consider from the Dell Small Business section - MAKE SURE to select XP Pro for each:

• Vostro 1000 (AMD TK57/2Gb/4-cell battery): click here = £329

• Vostro 1500 (Intel T5270/2Gb/dedicated graphics/6-cell battery): click here = £422

Go through Quidco & get 5% cashback, making the above £318 & £404 respectively. G
